DURVET IVERMECTIN 1.87%
(Apple Flavored Horse Paste)
I could have said “Just Trust Me” but in case you don’t, I did the math for ya!
Net Weight 6.08 grams
A = Net Weight (of syringe)
B = % (per syringe)
C = Weight of Ivermectin (per syringe)
A x B = C
6.08 g x .0187 = .1136 g
.1136g x 1000 = 113.6 mg*
Hint: 1 g = 1000mg
*The Syringe contains 113.6 mg of Ivermectin
Knowing that there is 113.6 mg per syringe, and it treats up to 1250 lbs., We can determine the dose rate for a horse:
113.6 / 1250 = .09088 mg
.09088 x 1000 = 90.88 mcg**
Hint: 1 mg = 1000 mcg
** Dose rate is: 91 mcg per lb.
FLCCC ALLIANCE recommends (pg 2 attach) .09mg/lb = 91mcg/lb (Just like Horse Paste)
Calculate your dose: Your Weight x .09 mg = ?, THEN and ONLY THEN, Look at chart on page 2 of the AFCCC attachment if you want a confirmation . I hope that you get a warm fuzzy!
I found that my Syringe must have slipped past the Quality Control Dept at the “Horse Paste Factory” because my knurling ring didn’t line up with measurements on the Plunger. So I went back to the Math. “Trust the Science I’ve been told”. There is 29 notches on the Syringe Plunger and 113.6 mg of Ivermectin. 113.6mg / 29 = 3.91mg Each notch will dispense approximately 4 mg.
I prepped my Syringe by removing the cap and slowly pulling the Plunger back as far as I could without removing it, then moved and locked the knurling ring flush with the tube of the Syringe. With Syringe facing straight up, tap the plunger on a hard surface to settle the paste in the tube. Once that was done, unlocked the knurling ring and SLOWLY pressed the plunger until the paste just starts to come out of the Syringe. Lick what little bit does come out to confirm that it tastes like shit and not Apples. Reinstall cap and slide knurling ring back flush tube. Set your dosage form here. 4mg per notch. Enjoy with a meal or on a full stomach.
Preventative Protocol: 1st dose, 2nd dose 48 hrs later, then once a week. Don’t forget your D3, C and Zinc
Disclaimer: I’m not a Dr. Just a cheap ass, that love Apples.
